For grown-ups
  • Preview before playing: moving the Spelling level slider previews another word level. Opening an activity uses that level.
  • Back keeps the level: opening an activity confirms the level you entered from, so returning to the Garden keeps that same level.
  • Spelling grows gradually: Kindergarten starts with short vowels and 3-letter CVC words; Grade 1 adds digraphs, blends, early sight words, and early vowel teams within familiar words; Grade 2 adds further vowel teams, r-controlled vowels, and magic-e; Grade 3 adds prefixes, suffixes, multi-syllable words, and tricky spellings.
